PC on Shadow Staff ~ 10% recast

I found this today in a FoW run, and was wondering how much it's worth.

Its nice, perfect upgrades too. Im not sur people would buy it though, people who pay a lot for staves usually need one with BOTH fast cast and recharge.

Since both are perfect upgrades, salvaging it wouldn't hurt but i dont think you should.
Don't salvage, auction it iguess and see what you have.

Don't salvage. It is a very nice staff and spawned with perfect attributes. I could see it going for 70-100K. If you want to sell it, the best option is to auction it and see what people will pay.
