Key not working

Hey i just bought the game. I am now trying to put in the key to make my character, but the CD key does not work.... there are about 7 letters/numbers that look alike they are all either 8 or B or 6 they all look the same on the paper..... i cant figure them out they ALL look the same... anyone else facing this problem and if so help plz...

it says err=102 check guild wars.com i did and nothing there to help me..

Are they just that cheap with the USA release? I can read the european key just fine.

Yup, I had the same problem. I don't think there are ANY Bs in the entire key, so try just 8s and 6s. You'll get it eventually.
