- Improves casting speed (earh magic) 20%.
- Improves skill recharge (earth magic) 20%

- Enchantments last 20% longer.

it's a green item... so whatever you can get?

seen it being sold for 7-20k in war camp

and as much as 50k ... but that guy was spamming for quite a while and not even sure if he got any takers.
