Where do you get Fridged Hearts? I want 5 of them for a Collector, but don't know what kind of creatures I need to hunt down to get them.
Does anyone know of a place where you can you buy them from a rare materials trader or Merchant?

I believe you get them from ice imps in the shiverpeaks.

Yup ice imps in shiverpeaks had 3 drop for me last night contact me ingame if you need some... and if you have any bog skale fins I would happily trade them 1 for 1...won't be online till this evening thou...

Seriously though, the collector's items aren't sold from NPC traders or merchants. You either must go out and kill the monsters yourself for them, or you might be able to find another player in a nearby town selling them.
I'll also refer you to Kui's list under the Community Works board. It's a bit outdated (well, 4 months outdated) but it still has the general area for most collector's items, as well as some of the collectors' offerings (which is also probably outdated.)
