Capable of...leaving your teammates in need of a rez? Seriously though, why no rez signet?
I run an axe w/n myself, in the arenas, and it works very well. People condition me, I pass it right back with a hearty thanks. I couldn't figure out how to squeeze in enchantment removal as well...

whats the point of this anyway? Is this strictly for doing random arena? Most of those skills are useless in organized team arena 4v4. Mark of pain is just a terrible 4v4 pvp spell also, people never bunch up if they are even halfway decent. and fear me that just sux. Also cyclone axe sux in 4v4 too, add in penetrating blow or disrupting chop. I don't like bonettis on a warrior either, since by the time you need to use it your team has no chance of winnign anyway. Shadow of fear is cool and plague touch can be handy, but only if you have a noob monk with no condition removal.
IMHO axe warrior shoudl look something like so:
Frenzy
rush
Evisc
axe rake
exec
penetr
res sig
and last one is your choice.
My personal favorite axe build uses battle rage
battle rage
dismember
axe rake
execut
penetrat
judges insight
strength of honor
res sig

Maybe his first build is for, perish the thought, PvE? The second is obviously PvP mode, though.

Alright damnit, seems I'm going to rewrite and edit in smaller detail what the builds are doing...
first build, pve...
Old build utilized Enfeebling Blood and Victory is Mine! {E} for the healing and defensive measures. Good for tanking, at least, for 15s. You can find the old builds I researched using "W/N The Cursed Warrior"
Due to the changing nature of this game [I love that part], the stats and the build were changed from the older version. Harder hitting enemies. Conditions lasting far shorter than originally anticipated, enemies with anti-conditions, just plain nasty enemy upgrades have caused me to create a much more deadly PvE build. The foe with Mark of Pain walking away in MID-BATTLE got really annoying so killing him quickly became a high priority.
Plague Touch is still hot for soloing and PvE in a party. No questions there.
No res. Why? Cause over half the team are usually monks or monk secondaries so they can bring reusable resses and make a break for it when they need to. It's pve, you can afford to do that.
Shadow of Fear. AoE Hex, harder for foes to remove. Lasts a VERY long time, good recycle for nailing multiple clumps of enemies [in case a bunch make a break for your monk instead of you, which means... YOOOUU SUCK!!!]
"Why carry two 10 energy skills? Where are you getting your energy? Get a focus!" Well, that's cause... YOOOOUUU SUCK!!! Bonetti's is more than enough energy management than you'll ever need. Cyclone Axe feeds it as well as Eviscerate and Exe. Strike. Battle system baby, battle system.
-------------------------------------------------------
Now for pvp
Some of the ideas and concepts are straight forward so I won't rewrite them. Or, I will but much shorter...
Evis + Exe strike. Deadliest Warrior spike in the game. That person arguing that Crushing Blow could do it is a moot point. [they have to be on the floor when you do it. This skill combo means they can be anywhere]
Frenzy. For my opinion, it's quite damn good, but not as necessary for some builds as...
Sprint/Rush. Sprint is most energy efficient speed buff in the game. Hands down, no questions asked. [warrior's bringing storm chaser makes baby Jesus cry] ;_; If you're bringing Rush, then you are the smart one knowing how to build Adrenaline from a distance, maybe, a great distance. That and Rush has no recycle time so you can have it on you after you get it going forever... But Rush builds usually don't use frenzy as much.
Plague Touch. Replaced with res sig if other non-monk teammates can't bring it. Why? I don't know... Great if monk teammate is hot on Mend...
Rend. W/N, Rend is a staple. Even at 0 curses, it's 2 enchantments out the window. That's HOT. I'll reanalyze here:
What enchantments stop casters from doing their job?
Spell Breaker {E}
What enchantments stop Warrior's from doing their job?
Aura of Restoration, Shielding Hands, Aegis, Shield of Judgement, Ether Renewal, Armor of Earth, Armor of Frost/Mist, Mist Form, Shield of Deflection, Shield of Regeneration, the list is stupendously large...
Meta-game reasons:
What anti-caster will be targetting a warrior? [a stupid one]
Who gets targeted the least and in turn will get interrupted the least? Warrior
So please don't post any arguments against Rend. The smart team with common sense usually won't have anything to do with such argument. [unless they see my character charging them, then they'll know that I'm about to rip one of them to shreds... cowardly enchantment spammers... ]
Ok!

I explained what Fear Me! is used for in pvp in my previous attempt to post but then it disappeared ;_; [it was a huge post too]
Too put it bluntly...
If you see fear me as a way to remove 3 energy from your foe, then uh... YOUUUU SUUUCCK!!!
If you see fear me as a way to remove 12-24 energy from the entire enemy team, then you might have an idea...

Edit: I just read your last post yukito, needed to remove some things already mentioned.
If you want to go balls to the wall you can use those extra points taken out of curses to pump tactics to ten, and use a second superior for the four energy drain fear me. Also consider dropping plague touch for rez sig, especially if you have half competent monks, or a smiter.

But hey, if they're really good, then yeah, I won't need plague, if I need conditions off me badly, then doh* need plague [and monks need help]
Losing that much hp kinda turns me away but now that I have a Sup. Vigor rune [yay for finding free rune], I'm thinking about it.
For pvp, I WOULD consider it, but in PvE, I'm keeping my hp ^_^
