It's bugged. You escort the guys to Duke and baff as soon as you step into Pike Square they disappear and quest is uncompleted.

I also thought it was bugged, but on the second try I got it to complete. Here's some info that my prove useful. This is only based on my experience so its not fact.
1. Make sure all of the supply bearers are alive. If any of them are dead, it wont work. The first time I did this, I only had 3 of the 4-6(?) alive and the quest didnt work.
2. Once you exit from Piken Square, pick a route. Once you have a route picked, move as fast and kill as many enemies as possible. The earlier you get there, the less time the charr get to fight them.
3. Once you have all the suppliers, backtrack the way you came. Since you killed most of the stuff on the way there, you shouldnt run into any enemies.
4. Stop every now and then to do a head count of the suppliers. They are known to get snagged on the enviroment, and they just stand there, waiting to be killed.
5. Once you get to Piken Square, yes, they WILL all disappear. Check your log to make sure it says, "Go to *person* for reward."
That covers about most everything I can think of at the moment. Feel free to opinionate, ask, discuss, etc. Remember this based only on how I completed it and what I feel was necessary to complete. Enjoy, and hope this helps.

but, people make sure NOT to go runing into piken sqaure when you get there, stop just infront of it, and the suppliers will go runing into it, then you can go inside and claim your reward.

Damn the devs for expecting and escort sort fo thing require us to actually escort from point A to point B..lol..
Seriously.. I don't know how many times I'm botched something the first time by running off ahead of the NPC's I was escorting and had to redo the mission again.
I guess its one way to teach those of us with a tendancy to rush around to SLOW down..

LOL You think that one is bad??? Wait until you have to escort Prince Rurik. Man I love this game but that mission pisses me off. You have to keep Prince Rurik alive, and not only is he a big sissy, but he loves to rush in and attack anything he sees. Devs if you are reading this PLEASE update his AI or something. I grudgingly agreed to go through it again last night (for the 4th time - went through twice in the BWE, once myself, and then this time) and of course after staying up until like 4 am to try to get my buddy through, what does Prince Idiotic do? 2 seconds after telling us "We need to avoid that confrontation at all costs" when we see a whole army of Charr, he charges in with his sword held high and brings the whole damned army down on our heads. It wouldn't be so bad if a) He hadn't just told us NOT TO DO THAT (MORON!!!!!) and b) We were allowed to rez him. Once he dies, mission over, start again. I HATE when the seemingly random actions of bad AI can decide whether you succeed or fail.
