1. Where are your attributes? Are you really investing in Expertise, Wilderness Survival, Beast Mastery, Marksmanship and Illusion Magic at the same time?
2. Why are you bringing a pet without pet skills?
3. Why are you bringing Conjure Phantasm?
4. Why are you bringing Troll Unguent without a stance that will help you actually cast it without getting interrupted?

I'll tell you what i like about your build.. Trol Unguent, Distracting shot, melandru's arrows, and rez sig.
If you're going to use mesmer skills as a ranger (and you're not going for a fragility build), you should use domination magic skills. Throw cry of frustration in there, its a GREAT interupt. Backfire is always good to have as well.
I dont see the use for pin down ( if this is a PvP build then i can see some use).
Charm Animal? Why?
With melandru's arrows dual shot would do some good damage.
So after all that assuming ive counted correctly you've got 7 skills. Whirling Defense is almost a must-have IMHO.
