Mantra of Resolve is the trick, usually after a long series of failed interrupts, a Ranger/Mesmer will leave you alone. Sure it'll cost you a hefty chunk of your energy, but think about your options:
Mantra of Concentration: huge recast, 5 energy, blocks ONE INTERRUPT attempt.
Glyph of Concentration: quick recast, 5 energy, 1-sec cast, makes ONE SPELL uninterruptable.
Mantra of Resolve: recast unimportant, 5 energy, blocks ANY Interrupts until you run out of energy.
So let's say you use Mantra of Concentration...you cast it, and a Ranger decides to get to know you! One arrow hits and you laugh, but arrow two comes around and you're out of luck...and Mantra's still down, making you useless for a good long time while your new ranger friend dances with glee!
Let's try Glyph of Concentration...one of your spells gets interrupted, so you start tossing up Glyphs before every spell you cast...you're wasting 1 second of time between every spell to get this glyph up, not to mention 5 energy per spell...and that Ranger might not even be trying to interrupt you, making it an even bigger waste. Oh, not to mention the fact that you already got interrupted once, which is why you started using the Glyph in the first place =P
Mantra of Resolve anyone? This stance lasts long enough that the recast and casting cost is insignificant, and it blocks as many interrupts as your energy pool can handle (which will probably save you energy overall, considering the amount of energy you'd blow on interrupted spells).
That's just my two cents. Obviously all 3 have their uses depending on your build, but unless you've got another Stance in your lineup, Mantra of Resolve is the way I'd go for interrupt-protection.
