This item is not used for the max...it is used for the Solo UW monk build which still works if you dont encounted a nightmare.

Anyone can start a new chracter and do the quest to get the item. And the solo monk build isn't as big as before. Just helping.

the quest never said the exact stats on the focus item. When i accepted the quest it never mentioned the item it gave me to be -50 hp. but when i finished the quest sure enough it give me such an item.
