My current build is a w/e that has used water, because everyone seemed to run away or put a pin down/ slow moving hex on me.

hammer 15
water 11
strength 10
using a snare approach with this build

water trident
armor mist
res or healing sig (depends on team)
frenzy
irresitable blow
swirling aura sometimes shard storm
hammer bash
crushing blow

I am thinking about moving to a w/n for virulence, vim, and probably use a sword.

Is there any hope for my w/e if so post your suggestions otherwise i might move on. btw i tried kd/as but it didn't work that great for me outside of pve
Thanks,

The W/N virulence idea is not a good one. They can A) Transfer it to you in which case you will be very useless with weakness and B) you will get disease anyway. However, you can try a W/N with maybe barbs, weaken armor + something else if you wish...

I agree with Ilya in part. While w/n sword/virulence is not a good idea as a stand alone warrior, I think that there might be potential as a member of a fragging team. Adding and removing conditions with a fair amount of ease, and plague touching it away if any conditions are contracted.

However, I think w/n is a very solid pure killer, just don't get too wrapped up in the necro part.

I'm very biased in favor of the W/N...

He's got skills to do everything needed under the sun. The cost? He's not the BEST at everything needed under the sun...

Then again, he could be if the skill set was built with some thought in mind.

And nobody can remove as many enchantments from someone as a W/N either ^_^.

Healing: Life Siphon
Damage: Weaken Armor
Armor ignoring Damage: Barbs/Mark of Pain
Enchantment Removal: Rend Enchantments, Lingering Curse
Anti-heal: Defile Flesh
Conditioning Demon: Plague Touch
Energy draining?!: Malaise, Wither (though they're not as good as inspiration)

Yeah, I love W/N...

Uhm, kinda energy heavy. Lingering curse alone costs 25 energy (and has 3 sec cast time). You are a warrior, not?

True, Lingering Curse is 25 whopping e. but Gladiator's can fix that. If you're running a Sword using Gladiator's Armor Duelist, then Lingering could be DAMN good for your purposes...
