I'm a Monk and I cannot figure out where to get a resurrection spell besides the one you get from the lady outside of ascalon city...... can anybody help me?

not until you go through the academy and leave the tutorial

You will be able to get it as a quest reward or buy it in Post-Searing Ascalon, as for Pre-Searing, you're stuck with the one per mission signet

FYI, the Rez signet recharges after you kill a boss.
