Atrribute Point Concern

Every thing I find to read says we are supposed to get 10 attribute points per level(hence why the nice guide is set for 200 attribute points). However, when I made level 8 I only got 5 attribute points.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I noticed this, too, but I started getting 10 per level after level 10...Maybe they lowered the max Attribute points to 150.

This would suck. with this you could only get two attributes above rank 10.

When you ascned (reach lvl 20) you will be 30 attribute points short. There's one quest that gives you 15 (very late in the game) and presumably another that gives you 15 somewhere else.
