You used to be able to craft it at Henge of Denravi, but not anymore. They are expensive now because the only way you will get it is by buying it from someone who bought it before they took it out. Another problem is that people who took the time to craft it generally also customized it. I have one, but it is customized to my Warrior. Good luck getting a clean one without paying a fortune...

how much are you willing to pay for one? I saw three for sale today from different price ranges. I also have the pommel and the furious upgrade. Send me a PM telling me how much you want to spend and I will accomidate you and buy one when i see it for sale.
