15% Damage Always Bow

Did a search and found only one in sell forum and it was a week old thread so probably gone.

I have several 14%, so please do not offer.

Also want it to have -1 ENERGY regen or -5 energy, NOT minus health reg. Also needs 10 or less Req. Preferably 9 or less, but I can settle for a 10. Also not crazy about Long Bows either. Half Moon or Composite would be first choice.

Since this is a pretty rare item even with the chests I can make some concessions if I don't get exactly what I want.

But it HAS to have 15% damage ALWAYS and ENERGY regen or minus energy overall, not minus health or even -10 armor while attacking. 10 is max req I will consider also. Also obviously has to be max damage.

Don't really care about upgrades as I will be switching out more than likely.

So if anyone has one please post here or PM in game or in forum.
