I need it to be Req. 8, I need plus 13-15% damage (while echanted). I really do not care about the look of the axe. Oh, and I need it to be max damage. Looking to spend no more than 15-20k. Thanks for any offers!!

if you don't care about the color, go get a collectors shield 15%enchanted, not sure where sorry but easily found

Yea, I have been looking at where to get it. I know it is in the desert, but that does not narrow it down that much.

Use the weapon crafter at droknars forge, he can make a +15% max axe (req.9) for only a few 1000 and some crafting materials.

Just in case you still want it, I have a Heavy Great Axe, req 9, Lengthens Weakness Duration, +14% while enchanted. But the crafter may be cheaper.
