But... has someone been able to get a bear for a pet?

Everytime I try they knock me down and it breaks the casting of it. I wanna bear for a pet!

It's impossible. I got someone to come target the bear and engage it, and the bear still casts its charm spell on me.

Yesterday I charmed a Dune Lizard in the Crystal Desert area.
Don't know anyone who charmed a bear yet.
