Why does no one like mesmers in groups?

How come when i go to join a party for mission they reject me or i get kicked right away, its also the same with rangers and necros (not so much with necros) but everyone hates mesmers in PvE. I dont know why there really good and i think everyone dosent know there capability. Rangers aare good with traps but i like them for being really powerful with bows

Ignorant but widely accepted misconceptions.

You do not have to be good at Guild Wars or even know much about the game's skills to enjoy success in PvE. The fact that there are people who do not value mesmers isn't a sign of their lack of worth, but the player's lack of knowledge.

I think I saw thread like that somewhere - and many pages of Mesmers claiming other people are "noobs", "ignorant", etc, while their class is of course, "the best", and "special".

What Sanji said, with the addition that the same applies to PvP.
