If warriors were made to die fast, then that would've made them pretty pointless now wouldn't it? Maybe you just need a better weapon and more practice with your skills.

I would suggest investing some time in your gear.
As in any game proper gear goes a long way for a melee type.
Keep in mind that hammers are slower than both sword and axe.
You also will be missing the advantage of using a shield.
That's all preference however.
Take the time to do some armor quests. You're on the front line, taking a beating will take you down quickly.
Learn when to run. You'll notice that if you run a short distance, whatever you're fighting along with it's friends will lose interest in you.
Allowing you to stop and heal a bit.
If you find you're being beat on more than you'd like...don't use Frenzy, if you read the description, you'll be taking double damage when using it.
Start small. Fighting things your level or less just to get a lvl or two may seem boring, but it may be necessary at times.
I'd highly recommend looking over the class basics that have been made available.
Explore some build ideas. Remember that you want to work towards a build, not just randomly put points in different skills that will eventually be your undoing.
Don't sweat the little stuff. Although this is unlike most mmorpg's, there is still a grind involved.
Have some fun.
Hope that helps,

warriors don't die fast..... warriors 1 of the bet class's , if you want a class that gets eaten up it would be elementalist , they can only take so much, warriors can take alot more afterall its there job:/

dual class monk, then you can heal eternal, that is THE tank build (or vise versa)
Slade xTekno
Note on Frenzy:
Do no use it unless the monster is alone, you intend to finish it quickly after casting it, or if you have skills that require adrenaline. Otherwise, don't bother.
