Come back timer?

First, I'm sorry if this has already been suggested, and if so, please delete this post mods.

But, we all have experienced someone dropping from the group mid-mission or at some very bad point in time. Or we ourselves have been that person. For whatever reason, the game crash's, your i-net farts, whatever. I think it would be cool if there was a timer, say 5 minutes, that when you log back on (and it would have to be with the same character that was in the group) you have the chance to re-join the group. That way, you still get a chance to finish the mission you started without having to just start all over, and the group gets the team mate back to help them finish.

Or, once someone drops from the group/game/mission, at least have a hench immediately take their place. Because fighting all the way to the end and then have 1 or 2 people drop really sucks, and usually makes you have to start it over again.

Ok, sorry for the echo thread then...

What about the second part though? Have a hench replace them? They do that with HoH.

its a great idea, and i think it should be the same kind of hench:
warrior for warriors
monk for monks
ranger for rangers
elementalist for elementalist, mesmer and necro (for pvp places, since there are no mesmer henchies and necros, i love necros and mesmers - dont get me wrong...)

The only problem you encounter with henchmen replaces are FoW and UW, which is where the err=7 appear to happen the most, and the henchmen can't go in there.
