Well found out he sold the shield to someone else. I don't have a problem with that but don't post a buyout price when you had no intentions of selling at that price. What I got from our conversations in game was that he used a low b/o price to get more attention from buyers. Even after my bid he got alot of offers PMed to him and at that time sold to the highest bidder. I'm all for trying to sell for the most you can get but there is a right way of doing it thats not misleading.

Indeed. He should have sold it to you, as you accepted the offer of a 75k b/o. Under contract law, that is a binding contract (offer + acceptance = contract). You can't re-negotiate a price if someone accepts your offer or withdraw the item from sale - technically you could sue him

lol u got to be kidding me!! i thought 75k was good price for these shields as i got this as trade in game i didnt want to sell intentally high and i wanted some quick cash. I would have accepted your offer of 75k but u never showed up online, and u said that u wud be on in 12 hours so i was fine with that. But i got ppl whispering me asking for it and i said no some1 already posted buyout. Some ppl accepted this and moved on. But one person said well sell to me for 100k now and as u werent online i thought well may aswell.

I don't get it now you gave me a negative feedback because I did not show up on line? I was online but you weren't and this happens as I do have a life and don't play this game all day. If you want to retaliate against me for giving you a negative feed back then thats fine. Let others judge who's right or who's wrong here. But I did get in touch with you approximately 11-12 hours after I posted and was actually online 6-7 hours after my post and played for like an hour so your negative feed back against me is unwarranted. I can see if you could not get in touch with me after numerous attempts but you did not even try or have the patience to wait. If the tables were turned I don't think you will like it much either.

After reviewing this, Incubus your negative willbe removed and mezza's will remain. From now on I suggest not posting a b/o if you do not plan on honoring it.
