PC: on EBON FellBlade, +14% always

I just sold this weapon for 30K but I think that I may have sold it a bit low, though 30K is nice . The buyer didn't seem to give the normal "omg you gotta be kidding" comments, more the "omg, don't be too eager, be disinterested, buy it now" signs.
