he means your best bet is to sell to the merchant in game because nobody will buy those. if they do you'll have to look long and far for someone who'll take an interest

I think that fire wand is better than what I have. I could use it. I only have a smiting staff with +fire on my E/N (9). How much you want for it?

I'd think the fire wand would be worth something, but most of the others, since they're not max dmg, probably not worth much. I'd try to salvage some of the upgrades off like zealous, poisoners, and fortitude +25.
