über damages

Maybe a topic like that already exists but with the key word damages i didn't find anything.

So i create one. post here the biggest damages you did in one hit or in the largest area (in hoh autels for example )

I post mine, a 460 damages hit. I've already done a 480+ but unfortunately i wasn't quick enough to take the screenshot.
this one is a meteor with critical hit i suppose and the 480+ should be done with a meteor lvl 17 (fire artifact + 1 fire magic 20%) and a critical hit .

I'm sure with a good combo you can go much higher.

indeed it's G for "guerrier" in french and that means warrior in english ^^

finally some french that know how english works

Warrior = Guerrier (G)
Mesmer = Envoûteur (En)
Monk = Moine (M)
Elementalist = ...Élémentaliste (El)
Necromancer = Nécromancien (N)

I speak french too but I'm from Quebec, in Canada.

See the Elementalist and Necromancer (Well there was no necro) names are easy to recognize, but Guerrier and Envouteur really went over my head.

btw what's "Ranger"?

ranger is "rodeur" so it is "R" too, as easy as necromancer or elementalist

new record with a phoenix and its 2 hits when short range .

first hit reached 514 (highest one hit dmg for the moment) and second one 360+ for a total of nearly 900 dmgs

From what I can tell, I think you hit a hellhound. Hellhounds use frenzy, which double their damage taken, which accounts for the high damage. Nice shot, though.

Do a level 19 fireball to the very lowest level plant type monster that you ca nfind for the highest fire damage possible. (I rember some 700+ fireballs from a while back so). Use glyph of elemtal power and the +1 item to get to 19. Then find a VERY low level plant or monster that uses frenzy and fireball em when your level 20.

where do you find these low level plants?

Indeed on this hound i used a level 19 phenix but i didn't know that there was some plants to reach 700 + ^^

Another thing, with a good group of debuff mesmers necros and on these low level plants could it be possible to make a 1.000 + damages with one fire hit? i've seen a heal of 2.400 on this forum but i want to try to make a damage record and i just started this so if you have some advices ... plz say me.
