Pc on korvalds chakram?

Ive got a korvalds chakram (green) and was wondering how much people are buying them for.
It is from korvald willcrusher and the stats are:
+12 energy
+1 domination (chance 20%)
+30 health
req 9 domination
cant remember if there are any recharge casting bonuses on it think there might be a 10% recharge on all skills but im not sure.
So a rough estimate would be nice

Did u check the green items guidelines? It says around 25k for this. BTW if ur selling i'm interested.
