I am looking for a guild

I have been searching for a guild in game and have now resorted to posting in forums.

I am looking for a guild that plays tombs mainly, and can help out people with missions etc they are stuck on with second/third/fourth characters (emphasis on the second chars, as i would not like to be in a guild with members that are useless to its soul purpose, HoH)

the guild should not let just any members in, but players that pass a test (maybe ) and veteran players like myself.

So really i am saying, i have played this game for too long ina noob guild and so i am looking for a good, active, vent/ts guild.

I have an

E/MO - smiter, nuker, earth def/nuker
W/E - KDAS mainly can play other stuff
Necro/mes - Blood and Curses
