ive got 10/9 sundering axe haft there b/o is only 14k!

cing as how i have not bumped this yet this will be my bump also sry but no i need perfect upgrades only and my upgrades have changed now i need + 30hp pommel for my sword and 10/10 sundering haft axe. Added i need a max dmg gold axe ne type of axe req 10 or below (will pay more for lower req) with +15% dmg while enchanted ne other mods will not even be looked at and will not increase the amount i pay. help me out ty.
