This build is primarily for the 4v4 randoms and plays as a versitile control/beater.

k the plan is to launch off some flares into the enemy then when down to around 30 then cast fire attunment and archane echo and then ether lord on some spell casting target, then go for another ether lord on the target you want to take down, preferably spell caster. Then cast energy tap (if you arn't taking damage use echo and echo the tap) and begin flaring. If you start to take damage then use ether feast and echo it so you can get twice the usage. This build should be able to stomp on monks and necros and the likes but would fall to warriors and go even with rangers.

The though here is good.. however i must say that with 12 to your fire magic you may want a spell in there to help kill the opposition, a higher damage spell than flare.. Ie you do flare then the other, then flare... then take out arcane echo.. and cast your attunement(not the greatest spell...) and then the rest! Just a suggestion

With 12 fire, i would bring a spell like pheonix and echo it. It is one of the many strong fire spells for arena.

Instead of echo I would bring Elemental Attunment making flare cost 1 energy a shot.

Instead of Flare, I'd take something that doesn't suck. I'm still trying to figure out why you have a 12 in Fire and Fire Attunement for a really shitty spell.

Why would you want to echo Ether Lord which is only marginally useful in like one situation that a good player avoids anyway? Or spend at least 6 seconds casting Energy Taps after it got nerfed? Why would you spam Flare, which has always sucked? What the hell?

8 fast casting = .68 seconds to cast flare. .75 seconds aftercast remains unaffected. 1.43 seconds for each flare.
At 12 fire, you're dealing 40 damge per flare.
While spamming flare, you get a (not so) amazing 28 DPS.
Your energy denial is mediocre at best, and you don't actually do anything else.
Are you aware you can get 30 DPS with a max damage wand, a conjure, and an attack speed buff? >_> And you're doing WORSE than that.
It's not that I don't like innovative builds, it's that this one does nothing particularly well at all.
