Does anyone know how to make a motion picture avatar? I found a very funny clip I would like as mine.

and...
it can not exceed the site's max limit (size, etc)

Ya, but how do you put it together?

Do I go to Window's Movie Maker, Photoshop, etc. or what? How do you put it together to make a MOTION PICTURE?

It's called an animated GIF. I don't know of any free or cheap way of making one. I would suggest Googling it.

EDIT: And as Deadpool Syx said, it still has to be in the file size limit. Unless you have a clip that's very short and/or repeatable, it won't be worth the effort.
