I dont think this qualifies to be a complete build but it is an interesting build nonetheless.
At first i had boughten illusionary weaponry and was using that with a couple other secret skills
and then i made a Me/N for some reason with illusionary weaponry and like price of failure _____ of failure spirit shackles and nothing special. in any case, i instead decided to use my only other elite skill for mesmer or necro. Virulence. At first i used the typical fragility and illusion of "giving you a deep wound"... skill and decided i wanted to have some fun with the fragility virulence idea.
I had
inspired enchantment
illusion of weakness
rezsig
fragility
illusion of haste
plague touch
something else...
and late decided to buy signet of agony (bleeding for 15 or 25 seconds) and incorporate that.
so now ive got
12+2illusion
10 death
8+1 inspiration
and now my skills go
(1)Illusion of Speed
(2) Illusion of weakness
(3) Signet of Agony
(4) Inspired enchantment
(5) Fragility
(6) Virulence (e)
(7) Plague Touch
(8) rezsig
the plan is
1. You illusion of weakness at the start of the game naturally.
2. Use illusion of speed, to run at the person. They suspect nothing.
3. start hacking away
4. when illusion starts blinking like its going to end (or close to it) fragility than:
--Signet of agony, plague touch
---plague touch again the crippled
5. run away virulence...
6. than im not sure.
but its fun, when it works.
just a half a build to mess around with.

Pretty sound idea.. just needs some kinks worked out and it should be golden.. especially with skill changes!
Guizzy
Great, great idea indeed!
Maybe you could get a Conjure Phantasm to replace Inspired Enchantment, if you are looking for something to do after you unleash your combo.

I think it's pretty safe to say that that build is really unreliable and needs a renaming.

well i use inspired to get rid of mending healing breeze the necro elite where you cant get plagued... and any number of things... Its just a way to get my energy back.
I pondered using illusion "of giving you a deep wound after 10seconds", which you cast right after you use illusion of speed. Since for me, illusion of haste lasts 11 seconds, and the deep wound thing lasts 10 seconds, you just roughly count down, throw fragility on them few seconds later, signet of agony, plague touch, deep wound gets on them, cripple gets on you, plague touch, virulence right away.
ive dont it a few times before. Thats 6 conditions on them... -10 degen in total i believe. The only problem is, timing when to cast fragility, so that its not to apparent that your about to virulence them.
Or, get blackout instead of inspired, because right after you put the last spell on them, lock the monk up so he cant remove any conditions.
Once again, this isnt a really serious build. Theres so many holes in the plan. And well, you dont really have any way to gain back any substantial amount of health or energy.
take it or leave it
