Dumb question about overland map

Hey everyone. For some reason, my overland map no longer shows the trail that my characters walk. Does anyone know how to make them return? I was relying upon them not to get lost.

The devs had to temporarily turn the red dots of, they were causing some crashes.
They will be re-enabled as soon as the bug is fixed.
