WTB: Half-Moon

I checked the sell forum, no luck, so here I am

I am looking for a Half-Moon bow, and I am what you might call somewhat strict about what it has on it.

1) Must be max damage (15-28) any req.
2) Must have a damage mod
3) That damage mod must be +13% or more while in a stance
4) Must be fairly cheap

I am uninteristed in what the other mods are, anything will do since I will mod it myself.

I also do not care about purple/gold. If it is max damage and +13% in stance, that is good enough for me.

Should you have one that you are selling, leave the full stats, as well as your IGN and the price. I will not be making offers. Thanks!
