Please can someone name some image converter programs that can turn .bmp too .jpg? I hate taking screens on gw because .bmp is so big.

It's perhaps not quite as fast & full-featured as ACDSee, but it's got better batch processing, and it's free. I use it to batch-process all my GW screenshots to jpeg.
