Have to start with saying i'm not one of those guys having 100k to spend YET

What i'm looking for is any shield (give a heck about looks) with strength requirement (please not above 11-12) and +Health while Enchantment (as high as possible of course).

Sold some stuff. Price can go up to 35k.
