The energy and req are the same as the collector's focus, however, the collector's focus would have 20% chance of improved casting speed and 20% chance of improved skill recharge. As the collectors' off hand weapons are so good its difficult to get a decent price on similar rare items, unless the rare item is exceptional. Perhaps you can get a good price from folk that are obsessed with having gold equipment or by selling to someone who isn't aware of the collector's focus. A fair price would be anything from 3-7k but perhaps you can push to 20k if you find the right person.
