Specifics on what I'm looking for:

+15% while health is over 50%

Thats it. Dont care about mods, I'd like it to be summit, but others will work.

no thanks, i have a +14% while hp is over 50%, which is why the only thing left for me is a +15% while hp is over 50%

Nice axe, not what I'm looking for. I know mods make these things jump in price, so mods arent what I want. The perfect situation would be an axe with +15 while over 50...with little or no mods. I'm not going to spend 500k on an axe that I will be putting my own mods on.

i got a 14>50 req 8 double axe i know its not 15% but close and low req ill take 10k for it

spiked axe 15% when encahnted +7 armor vs physical, 3:1 life stealing req 11
