I think you made a mistake with The Rockmolder
There's no such as an unlinked 20% recharge as far as I know.

Edit:
Hmm...my bad. Just saw a pic of The Rockmolder and it is 20% unlinked recharge. Hmmm...did I miss out on some stuff??

I thought unlinked was 10% max...

I think they accidentally made it better than intended. There are other off-hand green items with attribute +1 20% and 10% unlinked recharge. Hmm I wonder if it is really 20%, or if the 20% is a typo and it is actually works 10% of the time.

If it really works for 20%, its a bargain for the 3-5 k it usually seems to sell for.
