Messed up the Forgotten Ones

Ok, so i did the first half of the attribute quest. I finished the forgotten ones and thinking that I had my attribute points, warped out of the city. I had already gotten all of the skills from the guy at the end of it. So i left and then realized that i didnt have the attribute. My friend told me that I needed to do the second half of it which was another quest that same guy gave me. But now i do not have the original quest, and do not have the one that he gave me. How can i do the attribute points quest when i cant even get the quest?

Well, you could go back to the guy and get the quest.

Ok, how about you leave through the north gate of Augury Rock, roll east and go all the way south until you are located southeast of Augury Rock, then you turn east and keep going for a while. In case of doubt, opt for the route more towards the northeast. Finally hit your alt key, and there is the guy.
