A Few Ideas

1. Map Markers: Sorry if this has already been brought up I wasn't able to do a search but I think that it should be possible to mark spots of interest on the map for easy access at later times.
2. Armor: More types of armor for each class, or trans-class armor.
3. Pets: More types of pets I have only seen Stalkers, Wolves, Elder Wolves, and Bears I'm not sure if there are more but if not there should be.
4. Uniques: Unique beasties should drop more than a few gold or common crafting materials, Unique weapons/armor should randomly drop sometimes and actually have some worth to them.

Also I think that they really need to do something like an auction house because there is just too many people trying to sell things at once and they just yell all the time, an auction house would be so much easier and more convenient

4. Uniques are already dropping at Grenth's Footprint/Sorrow's Furnace, and the reactions tend to be mixed.

5. Auction house will be implemented at some point.
