I want a Gold, Max Damage (15-22) Sword (Not Fiery Dragon Sword!), LOW REQ, Damage+15% while health is above 50%, the other mods do not matter (they'll be upgraded with perfect mods later)...please reply with the stats and the offer (as cheap as possible please)

i got a 14^50% wingblade 8 req.. not perfect but only 35k ( cheap )
