Alright so the hammer has to be max damage, +20% damage while hexed.
The req isn't that important, 12 or under. The skin is pretty important--I have to think it's pretty, show me whatcha got.
The upgrades: I'm looking for these mods either on or seperate of the hammer:
+19-20% damage vs. dwarves
Shocking Haft
Sundering Haft (10% only)
5:1 Vamp Hafts
