No, it doesn't have to Rago's, and it doesn't have to be extremely pricey. I'm looking for a decent fire wand, maybe just something that will hold me over until I get something better. Make sure it has at least one suffix, though. It can be unidentified, too. AND MAKE SURE IT'S FIRE.

Wands cant have prefixes or sufixes. seriously, just get the collectors item, it's just about the best you can have.
