Can my computer run Guild Wars?

I really want to play Guild Wars but I want to ensure that it will run on my computer before I actually go out and buy it.

My computer is a Athlon XP2400+ with 512MB of RAM and the videocard is an ATI Radeon IGP 320M (64MB of memory, but I think it is shared with the RAM).

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if my computer can actually run Guild Wars and how badly it will be running it?

Thanks.

I have never heard of that video card before.

Is it integrated? If it is you should definetly buy a new graphics card since it isn't supported.
And if it does work the graphics will be terrible, and I mean just terrible.

Yes, it will run GW.

BUT.

That video card is intergrated. The memory isn't that great on it, but should run the game on low settings. I would suggest looking for a new video card. They can range from $50-$500+. Just depends on how often you want to upgrade.

And are you running it off of a laptop? If so it will be costly to buy a new card for those.

to elaborate the last answer, it will run fine. My laptop uses an igp 340m 64meg and with graphics turned all the way down and resolution at 800x600 it runs great with no graphical anomalies

That's good to hear. I just want to be able to play it. Thanks for the responses.

The 320M is based on the Radeon 7000 (or VE). It's the bottom of the Radeon barrel, but it's one of the better IGP's I'm sure. Better than Intel Extreme probably. Still it's REALLY going to struggle to play any modern game.
