Well longbows are good because of their range. However, to hex someone you need to get closer, so that range doesn't really help you with this bow. I'd say 3k or so. Good luck!

I can verify this, getting the mods would give you more than the bow.
on a side note, I have a truncheon that is just like that but with a skill recharge 10% and I'm having trouble finding a buyer.. I guess its just because its a truncheon.. Oh well

Just to make you feel better, I know a decent amount about pricing, and there was no WAY you would have gotten 150k for that wand. Maybe 50k.

thanks for that it made me feel a little better...but still its 50k....i've only being playing for 2 and a bit weeks and its starting to get harder now that stuff costs more since i'm ascended and around ring of fire mission
