There's a way to kill this thing with no effort, and it's guaranteed
to work everytime. Aggro the Djinn and just kite it to the 3 furnace
guardians in the room. Let them knockdown/dd it to death.
You get credit for killing it and you don't even have to sully your
hands.

how can you reach djinns with henchies as you need to split into 2 groups just before to kill the three guardians and destroy the robot

oops sorry, well after the first time he kills every one, they all leaev and when my group went to go kill the first one it didnt even attack us onece, it just stood there taking dmg. it was funny cuz it was my first time playing in a long time and i had no idea what was going on

if you do Galens Quest, fighting the Djnn is the last quest. Galen has slave enchantment on you so you can walk through the furnace without being attacked by everything. only certain groups.

Funny, both times I did it the thing was kicking our butts. We had it chase us and we ran it back to the crushers and let it get pulped. Worked great.

Easiest way to kill the Djinn is or taking the ice golems, or running the Djinn into the crushers 
I did it, was the only one alive in my group, Djinn followed me through crushers and POOF, died... I stopped to type : "YAY" and then I got crushed too. LoL.

Who really need to prove themselves? If your talking about fighting the first djinn in the galen's quest he IS easy.
I took a screenie (deleted it long time ago) but my computer lagged and only my henchies were fighting it.. I was lagged (As in my screen froze) so I couldn't fight.. when I stopped lagging it was gone and all my henchies were fine plus the gold it dropped.. Bragging isn't great but making a thread saying you 'owned' a flame djin when it was glitched with a near full party isn't all that special. But grats you killed it even if you didn't know what was going on after such a long break from GW.

LOL yeah, when i first stumbled upon this post's title, i thought i'd expect to see some GW hermit * freak who had been playing 25/8 for the last 7 months and had achieved the impossible - solo Sorrows Furnace until the very end and then kill a flame djinn by himself hehehe. so you can't blame me when I was a little more than dissapointed/ confused hehehe all good though, i think the achievement here is that you killed the flame djinn without anyone in your team taking damage - Flawless victory (mortal kombat anyone )
