Ask people the number and the level of the largest group they took single handedly and you will get distortion .

After finishing the "Recruits for Hollis" mission, talk to Hollis again. He will give you the "Supplies for the Duke" quest, and one of the rewards should be Distortion.

I could be wrong, you might not need to finish "Recruits for Hollis" first.


It really not even worth it though, Distortion is completely useless after the changes.

Distortion is perfect after the changes. It's spammable (instant cast/fast rech) and it's now 3-1 en lost down from 5-3. The only thing is that you need to take the best advantage from these 5 secs. If you for example try to run in that stance, it's useless as you said. I've taken down lots of Warriors and Rangers in the Arena, using Distortion in different Me builds.
