OK then can anyone confirm if Drago Stoneherder has 3 drop items.
All i have ever found it Drago's Vampiric Flat Bow and Drago's Flat Bow.
All other boss' drop 3 items so is he the odd one out with only 2 drops or is it a bug anet dont know about or is he only supposed to drop 2 bows?

Currently he only drops his Sundering Flat Bow and his Vampiric Flat Bow. Perhaps you should send a report to Anet and ask what's up.

From the pattern, if he has a 3rd bow it is called "The Stoneherder" and because he never drops it, is worth about 500 plat.

Lol 500 plat... well, that has one tiny problem. It does not exist. So if you can find someone to buy something that doesn't exist to give you a price check, then sure, 500 plat. Otherwise, expect razorstone-type prices if/when they fix it if the bow is any good. *cough*Thornbeard's horned bow*cough* (piece of trash)

Even if they did fix it, and even if only one dropped every 1000 spawns, I'm still not payin 500plat for the damn thing. Don't care what it does. This is why I'm now a happy WoW player. Flame all you want. This game pisses me off, the economy pisses me off, the communitiy pisses me off. Okay, that's my rant. BTW, WoW has an Auction Hall. To hell with your 500plat.

I haven't seen the bow yet eiher I went to the guildwiki site and it doesn't have the third bow for the guy. =P So I geuss it's 71 greens instead of the 72.
I don't think it would matter really if they did fix it though.. all the greens WILL go down eventually.

Well that's because rangers don't have any one handed items like the other classes so there isn't a last item for 'em.

The devs have said this is planned soon; someone will correct me if I'm wrong. I imagine the holdup is Anet trying to figgure out a way to facilitate this without using up alot of bandwidth...efficient use of bandwidth being what allows Anet to survive without a monthly fee.

No, if you looked at the Ranger bows list at Guildwiki, each Ranger boss except for Drago has 3 bows. That's why it's unusual to see Drago only have 2. I highly doubt that the last bow would be that high-priced unless it was really good (Stormbow skin maybe?), and then only the first few weeks it came out.

IF they fix it, and IF you're lucky enough to get it to drop within the first week, you can basically set your price, regardless of the quality of the bow.

do ya need to be alone to get these green drop items? because ive been with a group of 4 others and also done with henchies by killing the mesmer boss in the High Priest Aknar's quest in sorrows urnace but got nothing both times, if this is how it is does anyone know a quick put together build of skills for a W/Mo?

You don't need to be alone, I highly doubt a solo build will make it to SF at any reasonable length of time anyway.
The boss in the main quest of Alkar is a separate boss from the ones that drop greens. Same with the Monk boss in Killroy. They both are SF bosses, but they don't have greens.

I would post my solo build.. but I would'nt want anything to get nerfed- anet real bad about nerfing anything ingenious lol try different things on your w/mo is all can say (know it aint much but any hardcore gw player can probably figure out what you need to solo sorrows).. I was doing it with a mo/e for the ranger bosses and w/mo for the rest (still could'nt solo certain mesmer and healer bosses- but all warrior, ranger, elem and certain necro bosses can be done np) I got the screens for proof.. I started to take screenshots after while cause people did'nt believe it (and does'nt take much longer than if you go with a group)- game is pretty sick as far as giving your characters the ability to do things considered outside the norm.. just play around with builds/equipment/strategy and you'll figure out something.. my favorite builds are the crazy ones- usually better and more fun to play than the cookie cutters posted on these forums

here's some screens just to show.. tanzit and drago are the two you want to hit if your after the $$$.. drops as of recently are really bad solo though (but they still drop- I don't really play much anymore so things could change)- there's more to these builds than just getting there and killing the boss.. I'll give you this info as I believe it's now outdated and won't affect any current solo farmers out there with working builds.. if you wanted a green drop everytime there HAD to be some other mob somewhere on your radar besides the boss your after- the boss could'nt be alone =] this could help save you a few hours scratching your head like I did.. to work off your farmer tag you can run the great northern wall mission- take 3 low levels along and go back.. maybe there's another condition that has to be met nowdays that I overlooked- don't really care to spend the time to figure it out 
but hope it helps anyone out there who likes soloing and was wondering.. this games pretty much anything's possible if you take the time- probably be back for the expansion
