griffon farming .. no good?

To use Cyclone Axe and Apply Poison you'd have to be W/R or R/W. Can you really solo farm without being either secondary or primary monk? w/r, w/n, w/me, w/mo can all farm the griffons/minotaurs out in prophet's.. the w/mo can kill slightly faster (rivaled by w/n, mark of pain), w/me being the slowest killer, but still doable, from what i tried. (also the w/r and w/me couldn't take as big of groups as w/n and w/mo, but i may just suck ;p)

w/ele can probably do it too, but i didn't try that.. couldn't think of anything.

To answer your question: you don't need to be a secondary or primary monk to farm.

My Mesmer is farming outside augury rock too and I don't see how difficut it is. I usually gather the griffons and the minotaurs all at once and it took me like 1min to kill them all. With scroll, I get about 5k exp each time. And, Yes, my secondary is not monk and I have 560 hp on my mesmer.

My thing is, I don't know what some people consider a "good" day's farming. If I can put in a few hours and profit 10k, after the ID kit and salvage kit overhead, I'm happy. Maybe my standards are low. I sometimes wonder if people realistically expect to make 50k a day every day and cry "nerf" when they can't / don't. yesterday i said 'hey i want 15k armor', farmed griffons all day, got it in the evening
but farming 6 hours in a row can really become a drag

oh goodie, another person with no imagination who copied Bonez build of 8 life and echo healing hands. bravo, its people like you who get builds nerfed. Thats why i dont go posting my farming builds because retards like you will copy it, without giving credit, and bring the nerf bat down on us all. I thought the same thing Savior when I read his post. He probably doesn't even know why 8HP works. It' not practical to Solo the UW or though..... Hmm.... Unless you brought a friend to "Rebirth" you ..... I saw bones video back a while ago... you could tell it was before they changed Balth's to 2 Sec....

IMO the 2 Sec change hurt Mo Farmers but helped the W/Mo farmers because now 1 Cast Bonnettie's then cast Balth's... Now I have 2 Sec of more +Energy from Attacks, I can fully regen my Energy where before I was lucky to get 1-2 hits and sometimes if the timing was off <5 so No Cyclone Axe = Dead.... Now my W/MO is so easy I can Ctrl/Shift/H and enjoy the show.

YES. You CAN farm without being secondary or primary monk. Look around and you might notice a lot of different builds for it. My fav. actually tends to be a warrior/ele.
