Definitely possible because there is a collector axe with +15% while enchanted. I think it requires 5 encrusted lodestones and he is in the middle of the desert, so you have to work for it. I went through the trouble, then added two perfect upgrades, only to find a handaxe +15% the next day I liked better. Anyway, I have added Vampiric 3/1 and Armor +5, and no customization. I'd sell it you for the price of the upgrades, 30K.
