I am using Gardoc's Needle:

+3 energy when health above 50%
Fast Recharge (20%)

But I have noticed if I fall below 50% and then climb back over 50% I do NOT regain the +3 energy. I have to swap weapons and swap back to regain the energy.

Anyone else noticed this?

I have a collection of Gold +4>50 one-handers lying around. I'll have to try later tonight.
