not quite sure what the market is like for eternal bows. the 20<50 is max, but relatively high req and non max upgrades. any help would be appreciated.

Eternal bows are not prized by mainstream players, but they are rare and valued by collections, which cuts in favor of a good price because the 20<50 mod is not prized by most players, either, but is certainly appreciated by collectors. A high requirement, though, while easily ignored by most players who would use the bow would turn off some collectors. The mods are easily replaced. Considering all that, I would think a fair price would be 50K to 100K, but you will have a hard time finding the right buyer.
